Mentoring Program

Loeb & Loeb established a formal, firmwide Mentoring Program in order to develop and retain well-trained, highly skilled lawyers equipped to provide outstanding legal services to our clients.

Partners in each department work directly with an associate, providing guidance and supervision while giving the associates the support and confidence needed to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Hands-on training, in-house legal education programs and off-site continuing education seminars combine to enrich the learning experience.

The goals of the program are to:
  • ease the transition and integration of incoming associates,
  • develop and train associates with practical legal skills,
  • assist associates in their development as attorneys and work with them as they progress along a partnership career path,
  • provide associates with a sounding board for concerns regarding their professional development and about balancing work/life issues,
  • guide associates in establishing and implementing business development plans.

Associates cite the program as a valuable and practical means of helping them assimilate into the firm and a key source of ongoing, topical career advice, training and guidance. The program is constantly evaluated in order to provide the most efficient and worthwhile learning experience for associates.
