Daniel Frohling represents clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, including but not limited to trademark, unfair competition (including false and misleading advertising), copyright, e-commerce (including cybersquatting) and right of publicity.
Mr. Frohling spends much of his time on dispute-related matters, including civil cases, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR). He also extensively advises and assists clients with the creation, acquisition, evaluation, maintenance and licensing of intellectual property.

Run ongoing successful policing campaigns against counterfeits and infringements of national consumer brands. The campaigns involve sweeps of souvenir and other retail operations, investigations by paralegals and private investigators, and cease and desist demands and/or litigation.
