Gregory M. Shamo

Gregory Shamo's practice focuses on commercial and entertainment finance, asset-based lending, subordinated debt financings and other lending transactions. His work has included the representation of borrowers and financial institutions in establishing and maintaining single and multi-tranche credit facilities for acquisitions and working capital financings in a multitude of industries.

In addition, Mr. Shamo has been involved in the representation of clients in bankruptcy matters.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Shamo was an associate at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP.

Mr. Shamo also served as city councilman in the West Lafayette City Counsel of West Lafayette, Indiana.
