Lance Jurich’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of creditors in connection with enforcement of rights, workouts and bankruptcies.

In the real estate area, Mr. Jurich represents financial institutions in prebankruptcy strategy and counseling, state court enforcement of debt instruments and bankruptcy litigation. He has experience litigating valuation issues in judicial foreclosure actions and relief from stay issues. Mr. Jurich also consults with clients on lender liability issues in connection with creditors’ enforcement activities.

In the entertainment area, Mr. Jurich represents financial institutions in workouts and bankruptcies of film companies with respect to credit arrangements involving the motion picture and entertainment industry. In the health care area, Mr. Jurich represents several large hospitals and healthcare providers, counseling them on creditor issues involving troubled HMOs, IPAs and other healthcare entities. He also represented the California Department of Corporations in a large healthcare bankruptcy in Delaware.
