Loeb & Loeb's Fashion & Luxury Brands Group Represents Paris 68 LLC in a Three-Year Agreement with William Rast

Loeb & Loeb represented Johan and Marcella Lindeberg and their company Paris 68 LLC in the negotiation and documentation of a three-year agreement with the William Rast clothing label. Paris 68 and the Lindebergs will be responsible for all aspects of William Rast's sportswear collection, including the design of the label's menswear and womenswear collections. William Rast is co-owned by Justin Timberlake and his business partner, Trace Ayala, and People's Liberation, Inc. Johan Lindeberg will continue to oversee the creative direction of his namesake brand, J. Lindeberg.
