The Real Estate Group has always been an important part of our firm, and our tax, environmental, litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights attorneys have extensive experience in the real estate aspects of their respective fields of expertise.

Our bicoastal team of more than 20 attorneys handles the following types of transactions, among other matters:

• Mortgage banking issues, including licensing as well as purchases and sales of mortgage servicing rights and mortgages, including forward commitments

• Representation of Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges LLC in leases for the W Atlanta-Midtown Hotel and the St. Regis Mexico City
• Representation of Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges LLC in management agreements for restaurants in Istanbul and Doha
• Representation of Suarez Restaurant Group in a joint venture for a Manhattan restaurant
• Representation of National Sports Attraction LLC in a 10-year catering agreement with Restaurant Associates LLC for events in the Sports Museum of America
