Tamara Carmichael

Tamara Carmichael's practice focuses on litigating and counseling clients in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade dress, false advertising, counterfeiting, unfair competition and other intellectual property matters. Ms. Carmichael handles all stages of trademark and copyright prosecution and has experience in NAD dispute resolution. She oversees trademark clearance and domestic and foreign portfolios related to a myriad of industries, goods and services. Ms. Carmichael also negotiates and prepares documents and agreements for transactions related to licensing, marketing and business development, ownership in and transfer of intellectual property and business rights, software, joint ventures, and matters related to the Internet.

Prior Work Experience

Ms. Carmichael was previously a partner in the New York office of Holland & Knight LLP. Prior to that, she served as head of the intellectual property group at Broad and Cassel in Florida.
